Why do other people get better . . . but not me?
This two-hour online course is for people who feel stuck with their smell loss and wonder why recovery seems to happen for others but not for them.
Chrissi Kelly will cover what the statistics actually say about recovery, and why improvement can be so difficult to notice. She will also discuss the emotional side of smell loss, including the feelings of grief and despair that can come with it, and how wellbeing plays a role in recovery. There will be science, a look at the data, and practical, evidence-based guidance on how to give yourself the best possible chance of recovery.
