Refunds
Online events and courses
All online events and courses are delivered via Zoom. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for customer cancellations. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at info@ckos.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate you on a future session, subject to availability.
In-person events and courses
Cancellations made more than seven days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within seven days of the event are non-refundable.
Cancellation by CKOS
In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by CKOS, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your place to a future event.
Technical difficulties
If you are unable to attend an online session due to technical difficulties on our side, you will be offered a full refund or a place on a future session. Technical difficulties on the customer’s side are outside our control and are not eligible for a refund.
