One-to-one smell loss support

Sometimes people want time, space, and focused attention on their own situation. They need smell loss support from a human being with lived experience.

I now offer one-to-one sessions for people living with smell loss who would like individual guidance, reflection, and support.

These sessions are a chance to talk through what’s been happening for you, explore your experience in more depth, and think together about practical next steps that make sense for you.

People often come to these sessions feeling overwhelmed, unsure which advice applies to them, or uncertain about how to move forward.

What’s involved?

My role is not to diagnose or replace clinical care, but to help you make sense of your experience, understand your options, and feel more confident in how you approach life with smell loss. You can read more about me and ckos here.

Sessions may include:
• Talking through your smell loss history and current challenges
• Exploring quality of life issues and day-to-day impact
• Discussing smell training and and other practical management techniques
• Reflecting on safety, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
• Helping you identify questions to take back to healthcare professionals

This is personal, practical support, shaped around your needs. Sessions are paid and take place online.

If you’re looking for individual guidance in a calm, understanding space, a one-to-one session may be right for you.
