Meet up on Zoom!
This drop-in Zoom session is open to anyone experiencing smell loss. Come and share your questions and your experiences, and hear from others who understand what you are going through.
Most people with smell problems don’t know others in the same situation, and connecting with people who get it can make a real difference.
A small nominal fee is charged to help defray expenses.

Rachel Herz is an author of several books on the sense of smell and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour at Brown University. Smell Walk in London
Join Chrissi Kelly for a walk and talk at Royal Greenwich Park in London. The session will focus on smell awareness, an often underrated aspect of smell training, and will include visits to the herb garden and the rose garden. There are also beautiful specimen trees, a panoramic view of London from the Observatory, and plenty of time to talk.
Please bring a picnic if you like, or make use of the café, which has sandwiches, coffee, and hot food. Wear comfortable shoes: the park is hilly.

Why do other people get better . . . but not me?
This two-hour online course is for people who feel stuck with their smell loss and wonder why recovery seems to happen for others but not for them.
Chrissi Kelly will cover what the statistics actually say about recovery, and why improvement can be so difficult to notice. She will also discuss the emotional side of smell loss, including the feelings of grief and despair that can come with it, and how wellbeing plays a role in recovery. There will be science, a look at the data, and practical, evidence-based guidance on how to give yourself the best possible chance of recovery.
